I really enjoy communicating your (the Owner) wishes to the Builder in the form of pictures (Blueprints) and Written Words (Specs).
Your input is the start; establish your likes and dislikes. I can help solidify ideas and sort out options. What is important to you?
Plans can be downsized, enlarged, blended and otherwise modified.
Remodeling projects and additions require that we consider how we get from the as-is to the end use and how does the new blend and fit in with the old.
I will work to incorporate your wishes into an aesthetic, functional floor plan that utilizes sound building principals and is in conformance with the local and national building codes.
I will review the floor plan with you for adjustments and fine tuning before completing the working drawings. The set of drawings include Floor Plans of all living levels, Basement Floor Plan, Four Elevations (may be less for addition plans), Roof Plan, Electric (Basic), Plumbing Schematic, Window and Door Schedules, Cross-Sections as needed.

I take pride in my work with accurate drawings, attention to detail, adding the extra touches and doing what's needed to carry the project through permits, estimates and construction.
